Tantric Bodywork

Tantric Bodywork offers a path to deeper healing, self-love, and full expression. It invites you to experience life with more energy, joy, and connection—reclaiming your authentic self and your place in the flow of life’s energy.

It’s a practice that emphasizes the movement and balance of life energy (prana or chi) within the body, promoting mind-body-spirit integration. By harmonizing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of an individual, this transformative work helps unlock deeper healing and personal growth.

At the heart of Kundalini Tantric Bodywork is sacred sexuality, recognizing sexual energy as a powerful force for healing and transformation, but as part of a broader journey toward wholeness. The practice cultivates presence and awareness, encouraging deep mindfulness in each moment, especially in physical sensations and emotional experiences.

I guide conscious touch through four stages to foster healing:

  1. Intention: Setting the stage by connecting heart and mind, invoking healing responses.

  2. Approach: Moving toward the body with awareness, guiding energy flow.

  3. Pre-Touch: Energetic connection through non-physical interaction, laying groundwork for transformation.

  4. Touch: Gentle, heart-centered touch releases tension and emotional blockages.
