Depending on the service or product:
Group & Private Sessions Online: After completing booking and payment, you get a link to a specified e-mail address with instructions to proceed.
Digital products: When you buy a digital product, you get a downloadable link (you have access to download the link within 24 h from the time of purchase). You receive an order confirmation e-mail with information about when the product is paid.
Bodywork sessions: You have two options: Pay now with a credit card or Pay later by Twint. Follow the instructions when booking.

For Sessions, please bring comfortable clothes and a sarong. Cancelation Policy & Refund: 0% 24H before session, 50% 48H before session, 90% 4 days before
10% are Deposit, to cover the costs. Thank you for understanding.A full or partial refund is possible if the agreement applies to a service or product that has been given specific information. Read the notification & terms carefully for the selected service or product.
The right of refund does not apply for specific services, only cancellation against a medical certificate. This is stated in the information & terms of the selected service.
