Kundalini energy is a transformative force that guides you to shed the physical and emotional armor that keeps you stuck in patterns of tension and disconnection. Through breathwork, mindful touch, and energetic activation, Kundalini bodywork creates space for profound healing and alignment.

Kundalini bodywork refers to physical and energetic practices aimed at activating, balancing, and channeling the Kundalini energy. Kundalini is described in yogic traditions as a powerful life force energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine, often symbolized as a coiled serpent. When awakened, this energy is believed to rise through the chakras (energy centers) along the spine, leading to heightened spiritual awareness, personal transformation, and sometimes intense physical and emotional experiences.

  • Incorporating gongs, crystal bowls, or chanting to shift energetic frequencies and help the body align with the Kundalini flow.

7. Emotional Release

  • Practices aimed at clearing emotional blockages that may hinder the smooth flow of Kundalini energy.

I guide into the following key elements:
1. Kundalini Yoga Kriyas

  • Combines breathwork (pranayama), specific physical postures (asanas), chanting (mantras), and meditation to stimulate energy flow.

  • These sessions are often intense and dynamic, designed to clear energy blockages and awaken the Kundalini.

2. Breathwork

  • Techniques like alternate nostril breathing or rapid breathwork are used to shift energy patterns, increase oxygen flow, and activate energetic centers.

3. Somatic Movement & Bodywork

  • Focus on gentle, conscious movement to release stored trauma and energetic blockages.

  • I guide through slow, intuitive movements to access deep states of body awareness.

4. Energy Healing (Reiki and Similar Modalities)

  • My hands sense the energy field to support Kundalini and balance the body's energy wheels.


    5. Massage and Acupressure

    • Focus on specific points along the body's energetic pathways (meridians) to stimulate energy flow and release blockages.
