Casa Danielle is a villa complex sitting on nearly 10,000 square meters of land in an area of unspoiled natural beauty. It boasts elevated, wide-sweeping views of the hills and Atlantic coast and is near the rural village of Bordeira. The villa complex has been family-owned since the 80s and has plenty of character with original furniture and artwork.
The surrounding nature helps us to tune into a slow natural state of mind, and we invite you to take the step into the healing powers of Breathwork & Embodiment and allow yourself to grow and nourish in the way your body and soul are longing for. You are welcome precisely as you are—beginners and experienced are welcome.

My greatest passion in Life is to help people like you to reach your highest potential. Life is a beautiful playground, and only when we dare to step outside our comfort can we taste the sweetness of it all.
Life is not about finding yourself. It is about becoming who you were always meant to be. This is done by peeling off the layers of yourself and breaking down limiting beliefs and cultural structures that tie you back. I help you to recreate the heart- and mind connection through an elegant dance between science and sacred practices because we need them both to experience all aspects of Life.
I know how it feels to be limited by your fears, thoughts, and excuses. I walked the path of pleasing others, making myself small, and putting everyone else before myself, and Life left me drained. I built a career in Industrial technology, working on big projects with WHO and WBG. It all looked good on the outside, but I felt empty inside. This emptiness led me to explore what it means to be human. I have worked with world-leading coaches, mentors, and spiritual guides to find the most efficient tools to help humans live the most joyful Life possible.
Life is not about resisting parts of yourself. It is about learning to love them all. In me, you will find a yoga teacher, a science nerd, a dearmouring practitioner, a coach, a curious child, a mother, a mentor, and a friend. Retreat-Time:
We start on Wednesday, 17th, 2023, at 3 PM GMT.
We end on Sunday, 21st, 2023, at 3 PM GMT.
Sessions:
We will provide knowledge & wisdom to release, cultivate, and integrate your Qi/Prana to soften and expand to your full embodied aliveness. Some transmissions are different Breathwork Modalities (Neurotransformative Breathwork, Shamanic Breath, Chakra Breathing), Pranayama & Meditation, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Tantra Kriya Yoga, Emotional Release & Shamanic Tools, Dance & Movement, and Embodiment practices.
We invite your curiosity, trust in your body and be open to the unknown.
Language:
The retreat will be in English. You can approach us in Swedish, English & German.
Location:
Casa Danielle is a unique, charming villa located on the hilly outskirts of Faro, only 20 minutes from the Airport. Pick Up Details will be provided after booking.
Accommodation:
Casa Danielle can comfortably accommodate nine people who would like to share. It comprises a main house, an attached pool apartment, and a detached cottage unit. All three spaces have their separate entrances and kitchen and bathroom. The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate six people: One sizeable primary bedroom with en-suite, one with two single beds, and one with two double beds.
Food:
We make sure to serve you fresh organic vegan or vegetarian food. Water, tea, fruits, and nuts will always be available.
Flights:
Return-Flights to Faro Airport, Portugal, are around 300-500 Euro.
Arrival:
If you choose to arrive a day ahead, please get in touch with us. Booking an extra night is possible.

**Cancelation:
Deposit non-refundable. You can cancel your booking 45 days before the retreat starts. Forty-five before full payment to be done. In case of sickness and you can't travel, a valid certificate from a doctor needs to be provided, then a full refund minus administration costs of 250 Euro is done.
